Relay is the part of Liaison nobody asks for in a demo and nobody gives up afterwards. It is the feed where every change lands: made by you, by a colleague, by Lia, or directly in Ads Manager. This release makes it usable at the scale of an agency rather than a single account.
Folders you define
Accounts group into folders you name and reorder by dragging. A freelancer keeps one folder; an agency keeps a folder per client and stops scrolling past accounts that are not theirs today.
The feed itself did not change: author, entity, the exact diff, the time. What changed is how fast you reach the ten entries that matter.
A messenger on phones
The desktop layout puts the account list beside the thread. On a phone that is two cramped columns, so the mobile view now behaves like a messenger: the list of accounts first, tap to open the thread, back to the list. It sounds obvious. It took two rewrites.
Comments under every entry
Any change can carry a thread. Reply to a colleague, quote an earlier message, right-click for the context menu. The point is not chat for its own sake: it is that the explanation lives next to the change instead of in someone's direct messages.
Changes made in Ads Manager appear in Relay too. The record stays complete even when someone bypasses the chat entirely.
Why a feed instead of a log
Platform change histories are built for audits: complete, chronological, unreadable. A feed is built for the question people actually ask on Monday, which is "what happened to this account last week and who did it". Same data, different contract with the reader.
